Bleeding gums and bad breath are commonly due to gum infection (gingivitis or periodontitis) caused by plaque and tartar buildup.
Treatment plan usually includes:
• Professional scaling and deep cleaning
• Proper brushing technique and flossing
• Medicated mouthwash as advised
• Follow-up gum evaluation
With timely treatment and good oral hygiene, bleeding and bad breath usually improve. Please visit a dentist for clinical examination and cleaning.
Next Steps
• Get professional scaling and deep cleaning
• Gum assessment to check severity
• Medicated mouthwash if required
• Regular follow-up with your dentist
Health Tips
• Brush twice daily with a soft brush
• Use floss/interdental brush daily
• Avoid tobacco and rinse after meals
• Do not stop brushing even if gums bleed

First off all bleeding gums are caused if the gums are swollen or due to very hard brushing of teeth . It also occurs due to deposition of plaque and calculus. So , in my opinion get proper teeth scaling done and brushing daily twice but with soft toothbrush not hard toothbrush .
Next Steps
have a soft toothbrush for brushing of teeth.
scaling of teeth every 6 months .
gargles with warm water or a good mouthwash.
Bleeding gums are most commonly caused by plaque and tartar accumulation around the teeth and gums. The primary treatment involves professional scaling and gum cleaning (curettage) to remove these deposits and reduce inflammation. After evaluation, further treatment, if required, will be advised.
Next Steps
Please consult a dentist for clinical evaluation and further treatment.

In addition a OPG should be done to see if there is bone loss. In case the diagnosis of periodontitis further treatment starting with periodontal curettage and root planing to periodontal surgery might be required.
Initially scaling and polishing will help in reducing the problems.
