Self medication of antibiotic is not a good idea, should be avoided. Pain could be due to tooth infection, which Can be treated without antibiotic most of the times.

Clavam 625mg is antibiotic it will subside your infection for pain u need to take painkillers as well. Above all u need to visit a dentist to find out the exact cause and further treatment for your cause. As these medications will only subsided your problems only temporarily.
