Since 3 weeks I have been experiencing toothache. Although I don't experience toothache during daytime but mostly after evening. And also while having roti, I feel extreme toothache. Apart from toothache I feel a skin little bit peeled up from back of my side teeth. Any suggestions about what I should be doing next?

To determine the best course of infection , you need to go for an X-ray to assess the current condition of the tooth. This will help us evaluate the extent of the issue and decide whether a root canal treatment (RCT) is necessary or if medication can resolve the problem. Rct is important in case of tooth decay extending into the pulp chamber.
The X-ray will also provide valuable information about the surrounding area and gum region, allowing us to make a more accurate diagnosis and develop an effective treatment plan. First proceed with the X-ray and then discuss then the treatment plan based on the findings.
Next Steps
Take soft diet.. Avoid eating from painful side.

Hello,
Tooth pain especially in evenings and while chewing means that the tooth requires some form of treatment (maybe root canal treatment).
Please visit a dentist for a thorough check up and required treatment.
You should visit the dentist as this kind of pain suggests some cavity in your teeth. It is not visible in the picture so needs to be clinically checked.
Next Steps
an intraoral xray would be needed of the affected area.
Hello as per the picture I can see a proximal caries in front tooth (in dental terminology it is called lateral incisor). An IOPA is necessary to evaluate the decay.visit nearest dentist for root Canal treatment for the affected tooth followed by a crown.
Hope this helps.
