"I understand you're experiencing persistent toothache despite the wisdom tooth extraction and a clear X-ray. Since you're away from your town and lack immediate access to dental care, focus on pain management. Over-the-counter pain relievers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen can help. Applying a warm compress to the affected area may also provide temporary relief or do some warm water salt gargling. Maintain good oral hygiene by gently brushing and flossing. If the pain becomes unbearable or is accompanied by fever or swelling, consider seeking emergency dental care if possible. Once you return, schedule a follow-up appointment with your dentist to investigate the cause of the persistent pain."

Hello There can be various reasons of toothache like caries, periodontal diseases etc But in this situation you can take Tab. Enzoflam thrice a day for 3 days for faster relief. (Note- If you have allergy to this medication please avoid this tablet) Once you are back in Town please do visit the dentist. Dentsspa Dental Studio Pune
