Yes wisdom tooth needs to be extracted by an oral surgeon as it is impacted and not in the normal position
It will cause more damage in future too in the tooth placed in front besides you getting root canal done for that tooth

Yes the wisdom tooth has to be removed. The second molar is damaged it will require root canal and a crown or if the tooth is excessively damaged the second molar can be extracted and implant placed.
Your wisdom tooth is not in a straight position as it should be. So it is putting pressure on your second last tooth which has caused caries/cavity in the second last tooth as well in the first place. If you dont get it removed it will keep applying pressure and will continue resorbing the now root canal treated tooth as well. Please het the wisdom tooth removed
Please do. Your dentist has advised that for your benefit. Otherwise even after the root canal maintaining that tooth will be difficult. The wisdom tooth has.no significant role to play.
After reviewing your X-ray, I strongly recommend extracting your wisdom tooth. The current positioning of the wisdom tooth is continuously pushing against the adjacent tooth, which may lead to further damage to your second molar or rct treated tooth .
Removing the wisdom tooth can help prevent potential complications and protect the health of your surrounding teeth.
I advise scheduling an appointment with a dentist to discuss the extraction procedure and any concerns you may have.
Yes Sir, you need to get the wisdom tooth extracted because its pushing the side tooth and due to its position there has been food lodgment earlier which has caused the side tooth to decay. And now after the RCT of the second molar ,due to the wisdom tooth there will be again food loadgment and lead to tooth decay again.

You'll definitely be needing to get your wisdom tooth extracted as you can see it has badly affected you second last tooth
For the second last tooth RCT is mandatory and then a crown prosthesis over it, the only you would be able to resume normal function from that side
Hello
The whole reason for the caries is the wisdom tooth that is causing the decay to the second molar
So it is definitely advised to extract the wisdom tooth
Yes your wisdom tooth needs to be extracted as it is pushing against the second molar which can result in further damage of the tooth.
There is no other option other than extraction.
