If the discomfort is more then you must get them extracted.
Tge pain is usually due to tooth movement that is eruption pain with respect to wisdom teeth.

Yess your left side wisdom tooth is distoangularly erupted, partially erupted and your upper third molar is missing you should visit oral surgeon to extract the teeth and your right side also have distal bone loss and abscess is there and it also needed to be extracted
After this,you restore the tooth have caries .
your premolar is rotated ,it will go for orthodontic treatment
