Hi, I'm a Pediatric dentist. If your son is having yellowish discoloration on the teeth that are not going on brushing means that it is early childhood caries. That means cavities have started, they will be yellowish to light brown colour. Since he's also having pain that means it has gone deep and the tooth is on the verge of getting infected. Please visit a Pediatric dentist. Kids teeth fall at different ages, some teeth fall at 7 years and some will fall only at 12-13 years. So please consult a Pediatric dentist ASAP.

Dear Practo User, The information provided regarding the findings and symptoms is insufficient for an accurate diagnosis. Please specify the child’s age, the affected tooth, and the nature of the pain for a more precise assessment. Additionally, if possible, share an X-ray for better evaluation. For a proper diagnosis and guidance, I recommend an online consultation. I will be happy to assist you further.
