Tooth and Mouth Problems

What can be given to a 3.5ychild having extreme sudden toothache due to cavity for immediate relief if emergency dentist visit is not possible? P250 is not working.. I have Colgate pain out,  zytee and mucopain at home. Her weight is 10.8kgs.

My Son is 6.3 years old. His upper baby tooth 2 are becoming little black ( central incisors) Is it necessary to visit dentist? Or it will fall later?

I am pranay My upper left  2 nd molar filling done in 2021 , from the past few days mild  hurting during chew hard food like seeds ,5 days back I go to near by dentist ,and he refill my teeth,but pain is still there ..I had tobacco chewing habbit but I quit that habbit from last 6 months ...I will send my xray also please any suggestions

2 months ago for the first time I felt a hard  pimple like a painful bump on my hard palate. It went away on its own in 3/4 days. Again 2 weeks back I faced a similar pimple type bump on my hard palate but in a different location. And that went away by its own in a week. But This morning I am feeling 3/4 pimple like bumps are coming on the middle of my hard palate. I can feel those with my tongue and fingers.  These are hard and painful when I press them Why is it happening frequently? Is it related to my slavery gland !? I have also a swollen lump node below my right ear lobe. Please help

I have crooked third molar or wisdom teeth which now causing problem in my second molar. Orthodontist suggested me to remove second molar which will create space for crooked wisdom teeth and solve the problem but when i asked will my crooked wisdom teeth cause problem in future, orthodontist said usually after removing second molar, crooked wisdom teeth donot cause any problem but there are 1% or 2% chances crooked wisdom teeth cause any problem. I want to know what is best course of action should i  remove my crooked wisdom teeth and RCT second molar, or should i remove my second molar. If i remove my second molar, will there be chances the crooked wisdom teeth cause problem to my other molar teeth in future. I am confused if i remove second molar and my crooked wisdom teeth cause problem in future. I am 36 years old. Is there any age after which crooked wisdom teeth stop growing or increasing in size. Please give good suggestion.

Have proximal caries -tooth 14,15 I also have caries in wisdom tooth. It's visible from many years... I don't have any pain. Should I wait or get the treatment done. I was advised ipc.. I am concerned that if ipc fail I need to get rct.. I think if it's not hurting let's not touch it as it's been years
