I have done my wisdom tooth extraction after the removal I have irritation and headache I have stitches after the extraction and the teeth next to wisdom have sensitivey What do I do

I have a painful gum from last two three days and now it has subsided to a large extend but now i see some white spots suddenly appear from last night near the gum line which was painful not sure why .

The gum surrounding my lower wisdom teeth gets infected once in a while. I was suggested to extract both of those teeth. But I kept putting it off because of fear of getting my teeth pulled. Now, I have a really bad case of pericoronitis that even my jawbone is hurting above which the affected tooth is located. Is it possible to get my tooth removed as soon as the infection clears up? Or will removing the gum flap work instead of extracting the wisdom teeth?
