I had an RCT 2 days back & was prescribed zerodol sp twice daily along with antibiotics. After 6 hrs of taking zerodol sp, pain returns. Can i take it every 6 hrs?

Hi, I suggest you take Zerodol SP every 8 to 12 hours, maximum twice a day, and continue your antibiotics as prescribed. You can also use ice or hot packs on the painful area. Zerodol SP is a strong painkiller with anti-inflammatory action, so do not exceed the dose. If pain still continues, please consult your dentist again.

Hi mam
It is advised to take aerosol only twice daily because the maximum dosage of this medicine you can take in a day is 200mg
Please do not take every six hours it will cause gastric side effects

Please take tablets only twice daily
