I got rct of my first incisor last year and now the filling has fallen out since 2 months

Brush thoroughly and meanwhile place cotton in cavity with the help of a tooth pick, till u get filling done change that cotton twice a day

You have to get a refilling done as delay can re infect the tooth leading to failure of root canal treatment. Your dentist will advice you regarding the same and whether the tooth has to be capped following the filling if it is involving more tooth structure. As a large filling can come out again.

don't directly bite from the incisor tooth till u get the filling done as food particles can enter the tooth leading to infection.

If the filling has come off there are chances that the tooth can get reinfected. You need to get the filling redone to prevent an episode of re- root canal treatment.
