Tooth and Mouth Problems

Filled a tooth cavity 5 months back. Normal filling. Till now no problem. Suddenly today after months I got a pai while biting food and now it is hurting with every bite. When i press gum, also it hurts. Any suggestions

She had developed a white patch not so regular on her upper gum. Also complain of little pain some time. Pls suggest

Sir I had gum laser surgery  onlylower front  2 months ago as my gums were swollen but now I get slight pain anywhere up or down for a short time.

Hi, I had my deep cleaning done couple of days back and I was suggested with stolin gum gel. Is it safe to take by person with factor 8 deficiency that affect blood clotting. Is there an alternative?

One dr said go for direct filling... Other said  wait n get RCT only when pain starts as filling may cause pain to start... Right now no pain. X ray attached
