Large ulcers like this could be due to various conditionsâfrom simple trauma to some underlying causes. Consult a dentist because I feel it could be because of accidental trauma from any sharp edge of some tooth.
For Bad breath- Improve oral hygiene: Brush teeth twice daily and clean tongue and Get a teeth cleaning(scaling) done.

Apply Hexigel.. it helps with the healing of the tissue as well .. for bad breath I suggest you get a dental checkup as it can be due to food lodgement or caries as well
Good luck
Hi! A large ulcer on the tongue for weeks needs proper check-up. It could be due to trauma, deficiency, or something more serious. Visit a dentist soon. For bad breath, brush twice daily, clean your tongue, do salt water rinses, and get scaling done.
Hello
You can apply Mucopain gel on the ulcer and start using tongue cleaner for bad breath if you are not using. Stay hydrated as much as possible and if the ulcer is recurrent please do vitamin B12 test
