Sir please find the attached image of my tongue.
Meri tounge me bahut sare ulcer jaisa kuch hua hai. Kabhi kabhi food eating me or bolne me bhi problems hoti hai . Please help me to find the problem and suggest me best doctor.

Looks like Benign migratory glossitis which usually occurs due to some nutritional deficiencies like B vitamins, zinc etc sensitivities to spicy or acidic foods.

Apply on the affected areas and do not swallow the ointment
