Tongue discolouration- black patches
From having a black spot on my tongue since childhood, now I'm seeing that convert into black patches of significant size mainly on the front part of my tongue. No other symptoms associated with it. What could be the reason for it?

Upon review these were the findings- H/o spottish discoloration on tongue since childhood. Presently bigger size, no subjective symptoms. Elaborately these are to be done for- - Provisional diagnosis- Benign migratory glossitis Differential diagnosis- Complete clinical history by visiting a clinic if the problem persists. Diagnostic tests- - Treatment advise for- Benign migratory glossitis, nothing significant to be done, occurrences of these type sometimes in small percentage Prognosis- good.
