I am having ulcers and pain in tongue and below tongue... I dont know what it is... I dont have any problem else

This is Aphthous ulcer. The exact reason for this is unknown. But it is mostly attributed to stress. Injury also is considered as a reason for this. You can have Becosules Z to enhance the healing time. In big ulcers with severe pain, steroids also are prescribed.

The ulcer under the tongue is due to the maligned tooth in lower jaw, please round off the edges or extract or go for braces options The ulcers in tip of tongue might be due to deposits in lower teeth. Please go for professional cleaning .
