Tooth and Mouth Problems

Black colour is forming on edges of teeth, done scaling 1 month back,.again blackness forming even after taking oral cleaning.

Gums of upper jaw turning sligh dark I think due to smoking. Is it harmful or not also please tell if any cure ?

I gave braces for now around 4 months and I start drooling when I speak or open my mouth and feel excess saliva in my mouth is this normal or not

I had mouth ulcers white patches and i went to dentist he said it was caused by a traumatic bite. There is also a red swelling in cheek and under the tongue I feel like a painful swelling with a blister is there which I can't seem to find but it hurts both the sides of under tongue and also the main vein under the tongue has become reddish. Also near the tonsils behind the uvula I have tonsillitis which has white dot like structure. Normally when I used to have tonsillitis I used to have high fever cold but nothing is there for now except for swelling ridges. Also I have cobblestone throat. I also felt left side pain in stomach and pain in back muscles which I had suffered in an injury long back. The doctor is saying everything is because of Gas. He thinks it's GERD. But can gerd cause mouth ulcers, painful blisters near tongue and cheek lining, strep & cobble throat  ridges behind uvula. I used to heavy smoke for 4 months 5-6 a day so total 700 cigs in 4 months. Should I get a biopsy?

Fron simes dayd its looks like mild pain i am attachng dentist presciption 4 days anyibiotoc complete its now.less pain but itching and and i see slow healing sir please i am so tensed why its looks like whitish discomfort

My son is 17th month old. He is having white patch on his teeth Plz see attached photo. Kindly suggest.

Is it possible to fix my front 4(upper jaw) and 2 from lower jaw tooth gaps with the help of hawleys appliance and retainer.My dentist said it is possible but orthodontist said it ll better if you put traditional but we can try with hawleys but dont blame us if u got some teeth slanding in future. I don't want extractions and permanent braces I want removable braces (hawleys) he said there are chances like that but it's my decision at the end of the day.i want to know whether it is okay to fix My gaps atleast( Im too much insecure about the gaps but not about my protrusion I'm okay with it).i just want to fix the gap with removable braces and retainer.Orthodontist asked me to take time and decide

It's been two months since I've had  problem after wisdom tooth removal and still facing issue with opening mouth in certain position or I try to touch my upper teeth with tongue pain and heaviness below jaw line ,my cervical nodes area is fully tight and swelling on submandibular area ... And one more thing I facing from same time like when I am yawning pain at same side of throat.

My dentist said that i need extraction of  wisdom tooth which was not even come out through gum and it's not causing any pain, Is it necessary to do?
