I have developed facial asymmetry due to jaw deviation and shifting. One side of my face is comparatively lower than the other, my jaw is slightly uneven, my shoulders are slightly uneven, hips, ears and eyes as well. It is not very noticeable but when anyone clicks a picture it is evident. Oral surgeon has suggested an orthognathic surgery, but I recently heard a person having the same issues go with MARPE. Will MARPE help me? My upper palate seems uneven. Will marpe help me get an even face. I have my wedding next month, and i really tried to fix this before my wedding, I have tried and I am so tired of not being treated for a whole year for this. I was asked to get a splint, and then it wasn't fabricated well, some say I ll have to live with this since it's just mild. But I want to cure it. Is there a fix as I have my wedding in 4 weeks, if not give me long term treatment help. Please help me with your suggestions.

Hello
You need to consult an orthodontist to get the proper treatment plan because the type of treatment will be decided based on x-rays and clinical appearance
Hi! MARPE is effective mainly for skeletal expansion in younger patients and may not fully correct facial asymmetry in adults. Since your wedding is in 4 weeks, focus on temporary cosmetic solutions for now (like fillers or contouring). For long-term correction, orthognathic surgery or orthodontics with splint therapy is the ideal approach. A full evaluation by an oral surgeon and orthodontist is needed to plan properly.
