TMJ problems
I have been diagnosed with TMJ. I have face and teeth asymmetry, clicking and stiff jaw, jaw pain when i open my mouth, neck and shoulder pain, headaches and mood swings, breathing difficulties, improper sleep pattern from discomfort on the head and neck's position. I have been to many Dental clinics where they had only provided me mouth guards to wear when i sleep. Please provide me a permanent recovery solution from all these problems.

Long term benefits can only be achieved with multidisciplinary approach. Proper diagnosis is utmost necessary in the very first place. You may require surgical intervention too, please visit a higher center or take opinion from orthodontist and tmd specialist.
