Our body is not absolutely symmetrical bilaterally. No two structures are equal in size, shape and weight on the left and right side. But if the asymmetry is so gross that it affects your facial aesthetics it needs to be evaluated clinically for delineating the exact cause so that the right treatment can be advised to you. Surgical options will not even be a Priority until all the other conservative options have been exhausted. Regards.
