I have soild lumps on roof of the mouth.. it's been there for years.. same size.. what is that? Can someone explain please

On palpation whether it's hard or soft?
If they are hard then these are bony tori which are bony overgrowths. If they are hindering your daily activities or function then you have to get it removed surgically.
For confirmation whether they are tori or not proper clinical evaluation is necessary.

Hello, if the lump is hard, it can be a bony overgrowth. If its since years without pain and no increase in size there is no need to worry about.

If it's hard and bony....it is normal and is called as palatial tori...though most tori are quite large it is quite common to have small tori aka bony outgrowths.....these usually do not increase in size drastically overtime.
If u find these bumps soft to touch or way too enlarging over time...u surely need to visit nearby dentist

If they are there since years, then it shouldn’t cause any issue as they’re not increasing in size or becoming painful
But it’s always advisable to get it checked physically by visiting the clinic
