These are my tooth X ray for the affected tooth.I am 18 years old. Looking on the x ray, is anything other than rct possible like partial pulpotomy.l dont have constant pain. Pain comes while chewing and sometimes it doesnt.Is it possible to save my nerve in the teeth.Currently I dont have any pain for 2 days. What are my options other than rct if there are any?

As per your X ray picture that I can see pulp is exposed to the infection So I would suggest you for Root canal treatment and pulpectomy can only be done when pulp is not exaposed to the infection
