Hello
In case of presence of any black spot or pit kindly go for filling ( restoration) only to avoid further expansion or damage to the tooth .
Secondly this x ray picture is not clear hence won't be able to tell you on the basis of this x ray .
Otherwise just go for the restoration
Hello! Your X-ray image is not very clear. The black spot needs to be checked clinically. If it is actually a cavity, you will need a filling. Go for a composite filling, which matches the natural tooth color. It's better to treat it early before the cavity becomes deep.
Hello
Black spot indicates that it is a cavity which needs to be filled, please go for composite filling for the same before it goes more deeper and causes pain.
