Hey i noticed a very little black spot on my premolar so i went to two dentists , First dentist said that I need a filling after doing an xray, while the second dentist said that the cavity not such a big problem for now you just need cleaning. I am really confused what to do.. Please help

Hello In case of presence of any black spot or pit kindly go for filling ( restoration) only to avoid further expansion or damage to the tooth . Secondly this x ray picture is not clear  hence won't be able to tell you on the basis of this x ray . Otherwise just go for the restoration
