Xray query
Hey i noticed a very little black spot on my premolar so i went to two dentists , First dentist said that I need a filling after doing an xray, while the second dentist said that the cavity not such a big problem for now you just need cleaning. I am really confused what to do.. Please help

In case of presence of any black spot or pit kindly go for filling ( restoration) only to avoid further expansion or damage to the tooth .
Secondly this x ray picture is not clear hence won't be able to tell you on the basis of this x ray .
Otherwise just go for the restoration

Hello! Your X-ray image is not very clear. The black spot needs to be checked clinically. If it is actually a cavity, you will need a filling. Go for a composite filling, which matches the natural tooth color. It's better to treat it early before the cavity becomes deep.
