I have one Oral Fibroma in right inner cheek for atleast 12-13 years. It doesn't cause any problems. Should I keep it as it is, or surgerically remove it. I never smoke or drink or chew tobacco.

Oral fibromas are usually recommended to be removed.
When to Seek Urgent Treatment:
If the fibroma is growing, changing in color/shape, ulcerated, or causing functional problems, it’s best to have it evaluated and excised.
If it is increasing in size, then getting it removed is the better option.
Health Tips
If an oral fibroma keeps increasing in size, it can cause:
Discomfort while eating or speaking
Repeated injury or ulceration
Aesthetic issues
Risk of biting trauma
In such cases, removal and biopsy are the best options.
