I am 18 and lately towards the end of my braces treatment with PME , I am facing issues with tongue crowding , speaking and bite. Is my palate narrow and high? What treatment can I undergo to fix this? My IMW is around 32 mm

Hello! Your IMW of 32 mm is narrow—normal for males is around 35–38 mm. The palate also looks high, which may cause tongue and speech issues. Discuss SARPE or TAD-supported expansion with your orthodontist. Myofunctional therapy can also help.

Hi, From the image shared, you have a high palate. Nothing to worry about that. Width of the palate is normal. If you are having any issues with speech and bite, advise you to discuss it with your orthodontist.
