Tooth and Mouth Problems

My kid is 7 yrs old . For past one month she is telling occasional pain behind the last molar teeth in lower jaw . Her last molar teeth is good . But infront of last molar teeth is having decay to big level . But she is not telling pain of decayed tooth . Behind the last good molar teeth telling pain under the gum ( bone area) . Is it gum pain or any other issue . Pls I have attached photo . Behind the last lower jaw some swell also there . Is it gum swell or tooth decay pain

I am very depressed with the current situation of dental treatment done at a reputed hospital in kalkaji.  The reason for the discontent as follows: 1. I got RCT Treatment from the hospital which was okay no pain and roots were closed with no infection as  per  1st doctor.  2. The capping was done with Ceramic profuse metal caps, In first the go the caps were so thick that they were not appropriately sized and uncomfortable in the mouth and had to be adjusted by grinding larger part of the teeth.  3. The cap was so uncomfortable that it was hurting the nerves and the doctor advised neuralgia and gave gabapentin but it was not fixed with that and after visiting another doctor and consulting with her she told to change the cap and revisited the treating doctor after resistance he changed the cap.  4. The caps that were placed broke the tooth , which never occurred bef ore.  My questions : How could we check the quality of the caps that are placed? Any reasonable dental doctor Del, Noida

My mother underwent for tooth implant few yrs ago,she is getting discomfort behind the side part of jaws Last time, she took ketorol dt for pain relief,is it  fine for her to take ketorol to get rid off from pain again ?Please clarify regarding the query

Dear doctor, I'm diabetic. I brush once a day after waking up in the morning and clean my tongue with a tongue cleaner. But, my mouth is smelling bad 6 hours after brushing. Please help me resolve this problem. Thanks.
