Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello, my dentist has asked me to get a night guard because she noticed lot of thinning in my front tooth.. and some chipped edges.. She suggested me to get night guard for both upper and lower teeth, but that is out of budget for me, so I want to know. Can I get only one night guard If yes, then, for which lower or upper ?

I am 29years old and facing pain in left part of my face mostly in cheek, ear, neck and head side. I get it checked from a dentist and after x ray, i got to know that there is some issue in upper wisdom tooth. I took medicine like zerodol but from today I am still having the pain. So doctor asked me to take ketrol-DT. But after taking that also, i am still having the pain. Also feeling tingling and severe pain in ear neck also. Pls suggest what to do. Also attaching x ray for reference.

Please see attached photo. Is there an infection in my lower wisdom tooth? Is it serious infection or manageable by antibiotics?

"Please look at these photos? My taste buds seems to be big and red, and there is a spot on the side of my tongue. I also have growths or something under my tongue it irritate when I touch or eat . What could this be? I never had sex or drink or smoke in my life. I am very afraid for this.

I have been feeling this on my buccal mucosa since 5/6 months. It doesn't look like an ulcer to me. To my tongue it just feels like a rough surface. But sometimes i feel a light burning sensation there and there's no pain . Please help

Just wanted to ask that my lower molar teeth is not moving since 6 month naturally to straight or right position , so he put rupper on lower molar teeth and upper lower teeth, do you think now my lower teeth to straight with respect to upper teeth , he tell me that next appointment is after next 2 week , seem like I should  be caution any comment

Currently I am in orthodontic treatment for about 1.5 yrs. I had two impacted canines in my upper jaw. My orthodontist extracted 4 premolars, 2 from each jaw. They are trying to bring down the canines into the arch. First attachment is my OPG before braces, second is currently in braces. I think I have root resorption. How bad is it and is my treatment going the right way?

I am currently in 1.5 years in braces. I had two impacted canines in my upper jaw. Doctor extracted 4 premolars, 2 from each jaw and one deciduous canine from upper jaw. They have raised my bite too so as to avoid breaking of brackets. First photo is when I just got braces ( here they have extracted premolars from lower jaw only and 1 deciduous canine from upper jaw ). Second photo is current. One impacted canine has come down but it's still rotated, we are waiting for another canine ( Both premolars of upper jaw extracted ). I believe the treatment isn't going in the right direction considering the cant I have developed. I have palatally impacted canines.

Hi dr 2 months back I got a root canal treatment done..the pain was there for 8 days or so..after that there was no pain.. Now after 2 months..I am again having the pain..I can't chew anything with that teeth. Pain increases mainly at night. Pls suggest what can be done
