Small pimples which can be felt with tongue as hard surface. no pain or irritation but only feels like dryness on that area sometimes.please help.

I had an acute toothache in the second and third tooth to the lower left side I had visited a doctor who had removed the last tooth as wisdom tooth and the pain is due to the last tooth But the pain is still persistent and the xray is showing no cavity.
