Hello sir, from the images it is not easy to diagnose whether it is erythro or leukoplakia . But what you can do is to quit smoking cigarettes gradually little by little.
Next Steps
you can visit the nearest dental professional for a better evaluation and treatment plan.
First of all you should opt for quit smoking because it will be good for once and ever. The lesion doesn't seems to be leukoplakia /erythroplakia for sure .Lesions on the tounge can be oral thrush (a fungal infection), leukoplakia (thickened white patches that don't rub off), geographic tongue (patches with irregular borders), or lichen planus (a chronic inflammatory condition). Other causes can include dehydration, trauma, or, rarely, oral cancer. If the white spots persist for more than a week or two, don't go away with gentle rubbing, or you have other symptoms, it is essential to see a dentist or doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment.
Hello
Looking at the image no such signs are visible, however it is better to quit smoking so that you don't land up in trouble in future.
It won't happen immediately but try reducing your habit day by day so that one day you'll quit it
The picture you have shared does not show any obvious signs suggestive of leukoplakia. However, this does not exclude the possibility of other changes in the oral cavity. A clinical examination by a dental practitioner is necessary for an accurate assessment and diagnosis.
