Molar cupping
Male 26 I have teeth grinding issues but no night guard. ( will get in a month or so). I wanted to know from my pictures how bad is the teeth cupping / grinding on a scale of 1-10. 10 being worst.

From the picture ,the top layer (enamel) has undergone  attrition and dentin (next layer) is starting to get exposed.Soon if the habit continues you have sensitivity sir.

You teeth have lost structure for sure ...but not that much ..you need to get examined physically at a clinic to know exact scale ....

pictures are not clear stil looks like the tooth are loosing its shape and then the grinding is affecting badly , scale mostly is 6 , better you get the treatment soon done

Hello From the picture, it doesn’t look they are so much attritted It’s better if you can get a physical examination done The grinding is around three or four scale on 10
