Teeth grinding at night
I grind my teeth at night. Please advise me how I can overcome it, please tell me what should I do. I have eaten medicine but still no changes.

Grinding or bruxism is an involuntary habit which can cause severe damage to the teeth and the jaw joint.So get a night guard or soft splint made by a dentist that will help you by preventing grinding of teeth.In night grinding habit,,medicines will not help.

Hello mam...medicines will not help controlling bruxism(grinding of teeth)...night guards are given to prevent  grinding of teeth.kindly practo consult for detailed treatment plan and discussion via phone.Regards.

Grinding is usually related to stress. Work towards controlling your stress by meditation, yoga etc. Get a nightguard made from your dentist to prevent damage to your teeth due to grinding
