Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have quit smoking recently, but lately I've been experiencing some soreness on the tongue and scratchy throat. I also have this white coating on the tongue which reduces when I scrape it. But it gets deposited again. ( Picture for reference ) What is it ? What should I do ? I'm worried.

Dear Doctor, My wife had a front tooth removed six years ago due to an infection, with a screw and cap implanted. She has now been advised to remove the structure and get a new implant, with a temporary cap that must be removed nightly. Since she is currently outside India, I would appreciate your opinion on whether this is the best approach or if alternative options exist. I have attached the radiograph image for your review. My 2 year old frequently sleeps with mouth open posture since 3 months now. If he turns to side, mouth closes. no snoring He had cold earlier since almost 3 months on and off. since past 2 weeks no cold still this habit is there. Even if I close his mouth in sleep, he ends up opening it in sleep. He is breastfeeding baby . Ent doc told to put saline spray which we are putting but still is persistent. Any peadtric dentist /myofunctional dentist we need to consult ? My elder son had similar issue but including snoring and now we know because of enlarged adenoids and tonsils.

Bad breath for a long time got my cleaning done still it is comming what to do??any other reason for bad breath??

I have deep hole in tooth which is painful. I had taken Tablet ketorock 10 DT and Pantac 150. But the pain has not gone. I will to to dentist after 2 week as I am out of my home town. Now I don't known what to do. Sugesst me strong painkiller.

Hi All, I had tooth extraction around 3 4 weeks back on the right side of the face . After 2 weeks, I have cracking/popping feel in the right jaw only while eating. It is very painful as well. It is happening since 1 week. What is reason

I think I might have overbite , like I feel my upper teeth touching my lower lip slightly and they hurts, touching my upper lip slightly as well , i learnt from some people that a mouth or night guard helps , can I use it to prevent it from getting bad and potentially treating it , i practice mewing hold my tongue very lightly without touching my front teeth from behind don't hold too tight ,don't grit my teeth too apply even resting to entire upper surface should I stop mewing and does mouth or night  guard helps , please answer

I am going through the root canal treatment Which cap i need to use after the route canal  in back teech . The doctor suggested me use  Porcelain-fused-to-metal(PFM) . Should I use it. Is it MRI friendly. In any urgent case can I do mri ?? Pls suggest me pls. Which cap would be better ?

Due to thumb sucking in childhood, the upper teeth (including the jaw) have come outwards. Can these move inwards? And in what way can these happen? Please tell me!
