I got the first sitting of RCT done but my temporary filling and a small part of the tooth chipped off. Is it serious? There is no pain. Also is the second sitting of RCT painful? I have done permanent composite filling on my wisdom tooth 3 weeks ago. .and the dentist didnt remove whole caries as its near to pulp so some remains under the composite..but i have mild spontaneous occasional pain sometimes. .should i visit to another dentist? ?what can i do now??will it progress?
