Hello 🙂
Don’t worry - this is quite common with wisdom tooth discomfort, and prescriptions can sometimes look confusing. Let me make it simple for you.
1. Oraways / Tess Gel:
Apply a very small amount directly on the painful gum area 3 times a day after meals. Keep it for about 4–5 minutes, then rinse gently with plain water.
Important: Avoid applying gels immediately before eating, and do not overuse them.
2. Astringent Gum Paint:
Apply gently on the gums using your fingertip or a clean earbud. Wait for 1–2 minutes, then rinse. Use it twice daily to help reduce swelling and keep gums healthy.
3. Thermokind / Adore Toothpaste:
Brush with this 2–3 times a day like your regular toothpaste. It helps reduce gum irritation and sensitivity.
Usually, these steps give relief within 3–5 days.
Take care — it should settle soon. 🙂

Next Steps
If pain, swelling, or jaw stiffness persists beyond 5 days - consult your dentist for evaluation of the wisdom tooth eruption or possible infection. Sometimes wisdom teeth erupt at an odd angle and need a minor procedure.
You can always book an online or in-clinic consultation if needed - during that, you can share a clear photo of the area so I can guide you more accurately.
Health Tips
Additional Care:
Try to keep the area clean after every meal. Even after tea or snacks, rinse your mouth gently with plain water.
You can also do lukewarm saline (saltwater) gargles 2 - 3 times a day - it’s soothing, helps healing, and keeps the gums clean.
