Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have sever sensitivity in one tooth and its affect both side tooth, I cant able to sleep becoz of this is may feel like teeth is hard example after eating lemon or some saur fruits and cant able to cut any food or anything with this tooth.I take pain killer like zerodol Sp but it want go.I counselt two Dentist but they said it becouse of food clog in teeth but in my teeth no space for floss if I floss there fix there snd cause bleeding I do mouthwash with liqued wash and do brush two time with pottasium rich colgat.please help me I cant able to sleep properly from last 2month because of this continues vibrating and worms running feelings in my teeth

I have one Oral Fibroma in right inner cheek for  atleast 12-13 years. It doesn't cause any problems. Should I keep it as it is, or surgerically remove it. I never smoke or drink or chew tobacco.

I am sending xray. Is there is infection present or not.because I don't know about xray. If present then mild, Moderate or severe. I will be highly obliged to you.

She has double teeth milk teeth not broken.on the upper jaw . So what do I need to do just wait or consult with the dentist

Hello doctor, I am 20 years old and had braces placed a week ago. My orthodontist has recommended extracting four teeth to create space. I am worried about whether these extractions could have any side effects, or if they might change my face shape or affect my facial appearance. Is it even necessary to extract these teeth, or are there alternatives? Could you please explain if such extractions influence facial structure or looks, and what precautions I should take?

I am 18 and lately towards the end of my braces treatment with PME , I am facing issues with tongue crowding , speaking and bite. Is my palate narrow and high? What treatment can I undergo to fix this? My IMW is around 32 mm

I had ceramic braces for 20 months and removed in 2019 .4 teeth were extracted before treatment.Also my upper teeth removed gap was not properly closed. I skipped wearing retainers regularly.used to wear it for almost year.then only wear it occasionally Now my teeth have gaps .including molars and food are stuck in between every teeth .Due to decay all my 4 wisdom teeth removed .And almost every teeth are decaying due to gap and food stuck in between them Can putting braces again solve my problem . Which braces should I do Main concern gap between molar teeth

6 months back I had some sensation in central incisor and while checking I noticed black spot on upper hard palate attached to central incisor and lateral incisor only left side. Sensitivity in that particular tooth comes and go sometime. Spot usually don't have any symptom. Recently had a red spot with pain(not sore) at the side of that black spot. Is that blackish spot and sensation related? Is it something cancerous?
