Tooth and Mouth Problems

My son is 5 years old He had cavities on multiple teeth,dentist done SDF...After Sdf he had mouth recurrent mouth ulcer...is there any allergy from SDF or any other issue...

I have noticed this white patch in my inner cheek. It is smooth, soft and when I press, it is filled with blood again. This is the same spot where I had undergone laser surgery twice. First it was mild dyplesia; second it was oral lichen planus in the year 2022. Should I go for the biopsy once again. Please suggest a further treatment plan. Should I visit an oncologist, dentist, ENT specialist?

I have done composite filling in my wisdom tooth but dentist didnt remove the whole carries some remains(as he said more drilling can expose the nerve) and then he did composite filling on it and told carries will progress may be but nothing to do...now my question is if my seal is tight and intact then how remaining carries can progress as bacteria cant get nutrients and oxygen from outside??? Will it progress without food supply or they will inactive?

Male 26 I have teeth grinding issues but no night guard. ( will get in a month or so). I wanted to know from my pictures how bad is the teeth cupping / grinding on a scale of 1-10. 10 being worst.

I have cavity in my wisdom tooth dentist have done permanent filling...but he can not remove cavity completely some decay remains under the filling because he told more drilling can expose the nerve so now my question is the remaining decay portion underneath the filling will cause any problem or not??will it progress ? How much time is taking from a tooth hole to reaching the pulp? I have no sensitivity till now but tooth hole occur and filling is not possible for impacted tooth (wisdom) i guess..can you tell me how much time to get it reach the the pulp and cause pain...how many months or year can be taken for progression ?what is your idea by seeing this pic?how many months can be taken
