Sir please find the attached image of my tongue. Meri tounge me bahut sare ulcer jaisa kuch hua hai. Kabhi kabhi food eating me or bolne me bhi problems hoti hai . Please help me to find the problem and suggest me best doctor.

I have swollen single gum in my right below side teeth from last 7-8 days also my voice is cracking sometimes . Should I remove dental implant?? How much time required for bone healing?? Please guide me Thank you

The teeth of my mother ( 56 yrs, diabetic) is getting weak and are becoming smaller day by day. Went to multiple dentist but no one suggests any toothpaste or mouth wash or any other meds ( except vitamins). Please suggest a good toothpaste which can remineralise her teeth and sustain the strength.
