Teeth getting weak and small
The teeth of my mother ( 56 yrs, diabetic) is getting weak and are becoming smaller day by day. Went to multiple dentist but no one suggests any toothpaste or mouth wash or any other meds ( except vitamins). Please suggest a good toothpaste which can remineralise her teeth and sustain the strength.

She must be suffering from a condition called bruxism or night grinding which causes wearing away of teeth and reduction of tooth height.she might require total dental rehabilitation in order to restore dental health and restore chewing abilities,Need to proceed with caution as it requires reassurance and cooperation from the patients side.

Hello There are many factors that cause these like age, medical conditions, etc. Toothpaste might not help to regrow or remineralize the tooth

Hello, The teeth are becoming weak and small because of multiple factors involved like age, diabetes, grinding of teeth, weak gums, improper oral hygiene methods. Teeth do not heal or regrow like your skin or any organ in your body. Only changing toothpaste and mouthwash is not going to help.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist to get a thorough cleaning of her teeth done, ask them about proper oral hygiene maintenance Check for subconscious teeth grinding habits or sleep apnea. Get a OPG(xray) of her teeth to get a better understanding of the teeth and support structure
Health Tips
Use a softer bristle brush, a non abrasive toothpaste and round motion while brushing. use flossing/interdental brush use chlorhexidine mouthwash use a gum astringent to massage your gums

No toothpaste or mouthwash can regrow the teeth to it's normal phase once it has got small. If the teeth has become attrited and small you can use desensitizing toothpaste to seal the dentinal tubules . Well any toothpaste can only be sujjested after looking the condition of the teeth.
