Tooth and Mouth Problems

Dear Doctors Happy Doctor's Day Pls find the image attached for reference I m having swelling in gums I brush twice a day I use mouth Wash and clean my mouth after every meal currently I m not into any medication nor pregnant I m delayed with periods it's been 60 days already. Pls suggest what to do is any test required also suggest a quick solution for the swellon gums

I have developed facial asymmetry due to jaw deviation and shifting. One side of my face is comparatively lower than the other, my jaw is slightly uneven, my shoulders are slightly uneven, hips, ears and eyes as well. It is not very noticeable but when anyone clicks a picture it is evident. Oral surgeon has suggested an orthognathic surgery, but I recently heard a person having the same issues go with MARPE. Will MARPE help me? My upper palate seems uneven. Will marpe help me get an even face. I have my wedding next month, and i really tried to fix this before my wedding, I have tried and I am so tired of not being treated for a whole year for this. I was asked to get a splint, and then it wasn't fabricated well, some say I ll have to live with this since it's just mild. But I want to cure it. Is there a fix as I have my wedding in 4 weeks, if not give me long term treatment help. Please help me with your suggestions.

It’s been 25 days since my wisdom tooth surgery, and from the second day, I’ve had numbness, burning, and pins-and-needles on the right side of my tongue. The sensation is now milder and limited to a small patch. And some time wider I An oral surgeon prescribed Rejuvnex CD3 NF, and the dentist advised Neurobion Forte with 15 days of steroids. The affected area feels like a burn from hot food. Eating and sucking on lozenges or Vitamin C gives some relief, but the discomfort persists. I’m concerned about the possibility of permanent nerve damage and would appreciate any advice for recovery.

I have soild lumps on roof of the mouth.. it's been there for years.. same size.. what is that? Can someone explain please

Hello, recently I have noticed that when I open my mouth my temple seems to buldge out but there is no pain or discomfort it just doesn't look normal.

Hey i noticed a very little black spot on my premolar so i went to two dentists , First dentist said that I need a filling after doing an xray, while the second dentist said that the cavity not such a big problem for now you just need cleaning. I am really confused what to do.. Please help

Upper left tooth ache . Throbbing pain . Pain comes back on 2 hours of painkiller . Doc suggested blood flow issue hence did cleaning , rcf to be done if pain doesn't go. Is it correct ?

Hi, I have loose teeth and swollen gums.. i visited a dentist and he mentioned bridging will solve the loose teeths. Can i go for bridging or gum surgery is required and if yes, are laser surgeries effective compared to flap surgery.
