my horizontal wisdom tooth is paining sometimes like gum swelling and feel discomfort..so doctor suggested to go for extraction..so my question is how much pain is thr after post surgery plssss reply i m very nervous .pain is bearable or not ... during surgery Pain hoga??? i attached my X ray pls reply

Hi, pain is not that severe, everything is done under Local anesthesia. Post extraction, there can be swelling, but just maximum for 7 days you have to take care.

Hey don't panic this minor surgery done under anesthesia pain nii hoga after the extraction doctor prescribed uh medicine for healing tha area so don't need to panic.
Next Steps
after the extraction uh need to eat light or cold food like (khichdi,daal chawal bowl, daliya )
after extraction eat ice or icecream than after 3days uh need to gargul with lukewarm water with pinch of salt for control infection and better heal the area.

don't smoke or anything else
follow up is compulsory after extraction (after 1week)

Hello,
The surgery is done under local anasthesia...there is no need to worry or panic as post surgerical pain will b relieved by painkillers nd antibiotics for 4 to 5 days .don't worry go for it...

If the pain occurs frequently surgical removal is always the best option as frequent intake of medicine for temporary pain relief is not a good idea.Also far as pain during removal is concerned,a good surgeon can ensure you that procedure is done with minimal or no pain and as for post surgical recovery ,it might take almost two weeks time and during these phase you will be supported with adequate medication and care.So my advice is go for bilateral surgical extraction and get rid of the problem once and for all.

Wisdom tooth, both right and left are almost horizontally impacted .
The removal is done under local anesthesia and it will be a small surgical procedure involving a cut in the gums ,bone drilling and splitting the tooth and removing it.
Though sounds complicated ,its routinely carried out for impacted teeth.
There will be pain and some swelling in the jaw ,but pain killers cover it well .
During the procedure ,no pain is felt and injection effect will be there 1-1.5 hours post surgery so pain is felt afterwards and pain killers are advised for later use.

Hello,
The lower wisdom teeth extraction needs to be done as it may worsen your symptoms.
The surgery is usually done under local anaesthesia, so there is no pain during the procedure. You may feel a little pressure and a tingling sensation during the procedure, which is normal.
If you are anxious and do not want to feel any kind of discomfort, you could get it extracted under nitrous oxide sedation. Though this may increase your surgical expenses.
After the surgery, once the anaesthesia wears off, you may feel a little discomfort, pain and swelling, all of which is manageable with medication.

Dekhiye surgery k dauran to pain nhi hoga qki apko local anaesthesia diya jayega sunn krne k lie. Lekin these impacted tooth specially horizontal ones are removed surgically which sometimes requires bone cutting and much longer duration. Islie surgery k baad halka fulka pain to rhega for 7-10 days . Waise doctor will prescribe you pain killers / antibiotics after surgery jissey apko pain n discomfort least hoga .

The entire procedure is done under rlocal anesthesia.....completely painless....nothing to worry
You might experience swelling,or even mild to moderate pain after procedure...that too which can be completely relieved by pain killers for three days
Also follow the post surgery instructions properly to have a better experience!
