Hi, please get your wisdom tooth removed, it will at most require 7 days of care. And cavity restoration will just take a day if there is no pain in the tooth
Definitive treatment of pericoronitis is removal of wisdom tooth .
Cavity in upper jaw needs to be evaluated radiographically and filled /root canal treated.
Length of procedure depends upon type of filling usually 30 mins for fill ,an hour for RCT .Surgical removal of wisdom teeth takes 40 mins usually ,and post op pain &swelling lasts for couple of days.
For gum tissue , you can get it trimmed by laser or radio frequency cautery. It's a same day procedure. For cavity you will have to go for composite filling ( best one ) if the cavity is not deep . Both are same day procedure. The trimming of gum tissue will heal in 4-5 days.
