American Society of Pediatric Dentistry recommends using toothpaste containing at least 1000 ppm fluoride as it helps make teeth stronger and prevents cavities.
Most kids toothpastes in India have only 500 ppm of that, so wouldn’t recommend a kids toothpaste for a child of 7 years of age.
You can use regular white Colgate or oral B (avoid herbal toothpastes as they generally do not have fluoride).
Use a good pea size amount and brush twice daily.
