Fluoride containing tooth pastes are better for your teeth. And for sensitivity control I will suggest you vantej tooth paste. You can use medium and soft tooth brush , don't use hard tooth brush. And brushing technique also matters. Circular motion you can prefer. The best tooth brushing technique, known as the Modified Bass technique, involves angling the bristles at 45 degrees to the gum line and using small, gentle, circular, or back-and-forth motions to clean the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces of your teeth. Brush for two to three minutes, twice a day, and remember to brush all surfaces, especially along the gum line, and gently brush your tongue to remove bacteria.
Next Steps
proper oral hygiene practice.  Always wash your mouth after having food or drinks.

For toothbrush a soft bristle brush is usually safest for gums.replace the brush every 3 month .. For people with non-sensitive teeth, fluoride toothpaste from reputable brand is fine for daily use.. Avoid abrasive "herbal" or whitening paste.
Next Steps
brush twice daily for two minutes. don't apply too much pressure. use floss

Nearly all kind of toothpaste including closeup, colgate ,pepsodent etc are good for brushing daily on normal teeths . Beware of toothpastes like patanjali dant kanti which is highly abrasive and causes sensitivity in normal teeth. Also laal dant manjan should be avoided. Medium bristles toothbrush is ideal for normal teeth .

Usually all kinds of toothpastes are good, depending on ingredients that they have. Toothpaste, primary purposes is providing lubrication and cleansing of the plaque layer, which forms over the teeth surface. If the toothpaste has fluoride then it provides protection against dental carries.
Health Tips
Use medium bristles brush. Too soft bristles do not work and too hard bristles results in abrasion of teeth surface.

A good daily toothpaste should: • Contain fluoride — helps prevent cavities. • Be low-abrasive — so it cleans but doesn’t wear enamel. • Be mild in flavour, if you prefer gentler taste. • Have tartar control / whitening additives only if your teeth tolerate them, otherwise these can increase abrasion. And you should always go for soft bristles toothbrush.
