Exact time cannot be predicted but comparing to the other teeth the progression will be fast .I suggest extraction of the teeth at this stage itself than having it done after getting pain.

In this photo I can see your upper 3rd molar is impacted and it is touching the adjacent tooth. It is better to extract the tooth as soon as possible. Because it not only gets decay and pain but also it will make the adjacent tooth also decayed. So you should maintain your 2nd molar , if you didn't extract the 3rd molar, in future two teeth will get effected
Don't wait just visit a dentist .Theres no definite time for cavity progression.sometimes cavity looks small from outside and is quite deep when seen in xray. Better consult soon and get filling done if possible
Hello!
There is no fixed time to predict it.
It's better to get it out, as this tooth is non functional, there will be no harm,if you wait, it will in turn spoil the adjust tooth which is important and functional.
There is no fixed time frame for a cavity to progress from the outer tooth layers to the pulp, as the rate of progression depends on multiple factors such as oral hygiene, diet, position of the tooth, and individual susceptibility; therefore, it cannot be accurately predicted in terms of months or years.
Next Steps
consult a dentist at the earliest for direct evaluation and appropriate management rather than waiting for symptoms to develop.
