Hello, I understand how frustrating and painful recurring mouth ulcers can be. Even though you are already taking Vitamin B12 and Vitamin C, the cause of ulcers can often be multi-factorial. 🦷 Possible Causes: Stress and disturbed sleep Minor trauma from sharp teeth, accidental cheek/lip bites Iron or folic acid deficiency Gastrointestinal issues (constipation, acidity, IBS) Hormonal imbalance or food allergies Poor oral hygiene or sharp dental restorations
Next Steps
Clinical check-up – to rule out local irritants or sharp teeth edges. Full blood test – including Iron, B12, Folic acid, and Complete Blood Count (CBC). Continue Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, and consider adding Iron + Folic acid if advised. Use topical soothing gels like: Dologel, Mucopain, Hexigel (as prescribed) Salt water rinses or baking soda mouthwash twice daily. Keep yourself hydrated; drink more buttermilk, coconut water, and curd. Avoid spicy, acidic, or very hot foods during flare-ups. Laser therapy (LLLT) is also effective in reducing pain and healing faster (available in some clinics).
Health Tips
If ulcers last more than 2 weeks If they appear with fever, weight loss, or white/red patches If they are unusually large, deep, or frequent In such cases, a biopsy may be considered — but don't panic; most are harmless and heal with proper care. You're welcome to visit our clinic for a thorough exam. We’ll help identify the cause and prevent recurrence — not just treat the symptom. Take care and feel free to share a photo if you'd like a visual opinion first.

Hello Recurring ulcers can be caused if there is some stress related to work or studies. If sleep cycle is disturbed or improper diet intake then also ulcers are seen. Can take some soaked chia seeds in a glass full of water. This will help to maintain your body temperature too.

All the medications that you are taking are correct. But sometimes mouth ulcers can be due to underlying conditions. Get your blood tests done for other health conditions. Add citrus food to your diet and keep yourself hydrated.

Hello! First of all if possible please attach the photo of ulcers so that they can be examined. Recurrent ulcer can be due to trauma, stress, gastrointestinal disturbances, nutrional defficiency or oral bacterial alteration.
