Hello ma'am , please provide us with a more clear image of your oral cavity along with a medical history ( whether diabetic hypertensive etc.) if any. It can be related to a gut problem or due to irritation from the adjacent tooth (cheek bite).

Hello This looks like a cheek irritation. It mostly occurs when you have broken teeth in the mouth and because of their sharp edges, you often bite on your cheek

That cud either be a mucocele or irritation fibroma .you will have to get it removed if either one of them . Physical examination is necessary so you need to visit a dentist soon.
