I'm suffering from tongue ulcer from 3-4 days. It's on left back side of tongue and little painful while touching. I'm also having pain in left jaw. Please refer attached photo. Kindly suggest as I'm worried about it.

Looks like an ulcer on the tongue. Don't worry. Please do not touch or feel it with bare hands.

Try to reduce stress and get adequate sleep and rest. Apply dolo gel on the ulcer thrice daily. It should settle in a week or two. If it still persists, report to the dentist soon after clinics start functioning for further investigation.

hey as i see, its little swelling, nothing to bother. Do not touch with your finger, dont try to see on mirror. Do warm salt water mouth rinse. Get back here again, if you feel same after 5 days. Thanks.
Apply:-
•Hexigel ointment on affected area thrice daily for a week
•Avoid spicy and hot foods
•Avoid alcohol and alcohol based mouthwashes like listerine
•Avoid SLS containing toothpastes.You can do Himalya Complete care
•If does not heal within a week then biopsy is mandatory
Apply Dologel CT over the ulcer for a week.
Additionally if there is acidity problem, Take Pan D (half an hour before breakfast for a week)
Drink excessive water and reduce stress/anxiety if any
