White patch
I have noticed this white patch in my inner cheek. It is smooth, soft and when I press, it is filled with blood again. This is the same spot where I had undergone laser surgery twice. First it was mild dyplesia; second it was oral lichen planus in the year 2022. Should I go for the biopsy once again. Please suggest a further treatment plan. Should I visit an oncologist, dentist, ENT specialist?

From the image, it looks like the patch is developing due to repeated cheek biting due to a sharp lower tooth and uneven position of lower back teeth.
Next Steps
consult a qualified dentist and get it checked.

Advisable to go for repeat scalpel biopsy, not laser ,for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Laser biopsies have some disadvantages like thermal artifacts ,which may interfere with pathologist's evaluation
Next Steps
Visit Dentist, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon preferably
