Tooth and Mouth Problems

My nephew is 10 years old, 2 extra upper teeth are erupting behind the central incisor in the mouth . We had physically consulted a dentist he is saying it can be removed any time. So, is it safe to remove the teeth? what are the reason for eruption of extra teeth? If teeth removed how long will it take to heal?

Hello Doctors, The molar on my lower left side was RC treated and crowned about 9 years ago. The treatment was poorly done as the crown was sticking out from the periphery of my gums.And I can feel the bottom lining of the crown with my tongue. It was ok at first but eventually I think food started settling between the crown and gums. About 4 months ago pus formation started on the outside of the gums (which is still there). Got an xray done recently and the doctor said that there has been bone loss on one side and bottom of the tooth and needs to be extracted. I would like to save the tooth if possible and was looking for some insights if possible. Attached is the picture of the xray to have a better idea. Thanks in advance. -Abhi

My 6 year daughter is having bad breathe problem...even after brushing her teeth it will come...daily 3 times she s brushing her teeth still she smell really very bad...plz suggest wat need to be done n a good toothpaste for her.

A piece of lower molar broke while eating and now foods are getting stucked in between. It's painfull and feeling of discomfort in teeth. Is it ok to proceed with dental fillings and how much does it cost approximately.

I have removed one wisdom teeth last week. Can I leave other 3 as it is, without removing. I don't have any issue / pain from them.

I am dealing with one tooth issue for 1.5 years. No relief yet.My pain started with lower jaw pain under ear lobe,severe ear pain and mild swelling in the lower jaw.Went to dentist to check for jaw pain under ear,he spotted tooth 46 issue.I didn't go in with tooth pain. 46 hurts for tapping and biting pressure. Clear xray and cbct. Suspected root fracture.Sent me to Endo. He didn't find any fracture.46was little sensitive for cold.tapping and biting pressure pain on it. So told to get root canal. Attaching x-rays before and after RCT.Had RCT Sept 2020. No changes in the pain even after root canal.It's the same tapping and biting pressure pain. No changes at all after Rct.Taken another cbct and nothing found.Checked for TMJD and normal MRI, CT. Endo couldn't find what's the issue and wanted to retreat the tooth RCT to see if it helps &said it's a guess. Went to 2nd Endo and he said some inflammation present marked in green circle. Told to pull it out. Do I need to pull or redo Rct?

I have shared my opg x-ray. I have issue with gum receding and have front teeth moving and week. Was suggested flap surgery tooth extraction and implant. Need opinion on how much this may cost in Hyderabad. Also as per x-ray how many teeth may be required to be removed. Can they be saved from extraction and only remove one front teeth that is moving
