Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi, I have impacted wisdom tooth in lower right side,. There is swelling in gum and pain for past 6 days.. Dentist checked it and did xray.. Dentist Said there is no infection aur pus.. And gave me pirox tab.. But it is still paining.. And my throat is also paining near thyroid gland while eating or swallowing.. Is it because of wisdom tooth..? Can anyone help me plz
