Tobacco chewing is any time not a good for health
You should quit this habit
You can get rid of them by scaling and polising
And at first you will feel little sensitivity but it is normal and goes off

Tobacco stains can be removed by getting scaling and polishing done by professionals...if stains stay for longer on teeth, your teeth will get discoloured and will be difficult to get rid of stains...My advice is to 1) reduce and thn stop your tobacco habit and 2) visit dentist for scaling

Hope you are doing good. My kind advice is not to use tobacco as it has lot of bad effects on your mouth and health. The black stains you have on your teeth is completely because of tobacco and it ll recur unless you stop the habit. The stains can be cleaned by professional cleaning(scaling).
