Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am experiencing Severe pain upon chewing and also sensitivity due to hot cold at back teeth. There is tenderness near the gums ..what can be the reasons ? Does it require root canal - also suggest some good  hygienic clinic in delhi where root canal can be done

Today I had scaling to my teeths however after scaling done I could see small gap in my front teeth , may I know what could be the chances for this and how to remidiate that?. Thanks Pratham

I got dental crowns done for cosmetic reasons as adviced by my dentists. Was it a bad decision? Reading comments on the Internet is making me feel very depressed about my decision. I cannot concentrate on anything else in my life. I feel like I've ruined my life and have to carry this artificial burden for the rest of my life. I wish I had veneers instead. But I was advised to get crowns. It's so traumatic. Do people of my age get crowns for smile designing? I feel so burdened.

Hi Doctor, I have done root canal on my tooth 3 years ago. Since 2 days I'm having pain in my same tooth. I'm currently on medication for Reactive Arthritis. Can I take Tab Almox 500 and Tab Enzoflam for the pain?

About 1/4 of tooth comes out but most of the part are under skin (gums), And its paining ,i think due to infection. Dentist told me two things. 1. Cut the gums and let that tooth comes out. Or 2. Removal of tooth My question is "should i go with 1st option or 2nd ??
